Saints Reserve Grade travel to Mudgee
The Young Saints sides split for the first time this year when the under 18's travel to corwa to take on Dubbo Demons and the reserve grade travel to mudgee for the first met of the two clubs this year since mudgee forfeited due to lack of numbers a couple of weeks ago. The reserve grade look to get back to winning form after suffering a 3 goal lost to orange on the weekend with a number of stars and injuries hurting them travelling with only 16 players with around 10 players out hurting the boys. We had to look to a few of the under 18's that were meant to run water to come into the side. The boys put up a great effort but unfortunately were not able to come up with the points. With some good news Young had 4 players representing the Central West in the rep games with 3 in under 18's players Ethan Silk and first year players Jack Barnes and Mattew Knight and a key reserve grade player Sam Herzich stepping up and playing in the first grade squad. To top that Jack Barnes was named best on ground for Central West in under 18's. Congratulations to all 4 boys on representing our club.
